The metal polishing company, Pulitura Metalli di Martignon Sergio & Figli, starts as a simple family business, but over the years has become a highly organized and structured company.
“Everything,” as Arianna Martignon explains, “without losing contact with our initial vocation. Many of our customers are won by word-of-mouth and loyalty, leading to a highly consolidated customer base.”
The highest specialization in machining for wheels
Martignon’s specialty lies in alloy wheels and rim processing. The company is working with prestigious brands such as Ferrari, Mercedes, Porsche, Bugatti, Maserati, Audi and so on. But it does also services for other areas requiring quality finishes. In fact, Martignon operates on stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and copper.
Craftsmanship
“The wheels and rims we work on,” says Arianna Martignon, “often present the finishes required by the customer even if we sometimes recommend alternative finishes, in line with the research for the ultimate quality.” The company also performs regeneration of rims, finishes even after paint with a complete or partial finish, finishes with transparent and buffing of single parts. Without forgetting pre-washing for vibration buffing, which allows optimal finishing in less time.
The instrumentation
Over the years, the company has been equipped with robotic terminals to meet new market needs. Martignon is also equipped with an ultrasonic washing system where the part is degreased from oils, greases and chips and shined. “Although our items,” Arianna Martignon tells us, “are mostly handled manually. And maybe that’s why our finishes are unique and precious.”
